The original, and best, powder coated garage cabinets!
Garage cabinets are only as good as their ability to endure the conditions found in typical garages…temperature extremes, high humidity, spills, and rough handling. Garagegear storage cabinets were designed and built specially for the garage environment. From their powder-coated exteriors to their wall-hung design, Garagegear powder-coated garage cabinets can withstand almost anything the typical garage (and homeowner) can throw at them. And we back our cabinets with a lifetime warranty.
RedLine powder-coats all cabinet exterior surfaces, creating a seamless powder coating finish that is superior to plastic, paint or laminate, and resists chipping, denting, peeling or warping, making it perfect for the typical garage environment. And with eleven great color choices, they look great in any garage, and they’ll stay that way!
We start with medium density MDF board for doors, drawer fronts and panels because of its strength and smooth, uniform surface. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, sprayed with an electrostatically-charged powdered mixture and then heated, causing the powder to gel and flow, bonding to the surface and completely sealing the piece. The resulting powder coating finish is as attractive as it is durable.
And the process is environmentally friendly, containing no heavy metals, solvents or VOCs.
Not all powder coating is created equal!
Be careful of the claims of others that theirs is the best, or theirs was the first. Truth is, there is a big difference in quality and consistency.
RedLine garage cabinets were the first manufacturer to introduce powder-coated garage cabinets to the custom garage cabinet market. And, unlike others, we do all our powder coating in-house. This gives us a great deal of control over the quality, consistency and delivery of the final product. Finally, all of your cabinets will be powder coated in the same batch, ensuring everything is always a perfect match.
Your RedLine garage cabinets will look as good 10 or 20 years from now as the day they were installed. The powder-coated surfaces will not stain, are impervious to almost all household chemicals, and the colors will not fade over time. Keeping them looking factory-new is as simple as wiping them with soap and warm water.
